Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

To initiate the return process, please contact us via info@tapuestudios.com with your order number, reason for return and follow the provided instructions in our Return Policy.

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Deliveries within The Netherlands:
- Free shipping for all orders 

Deliveries within Europe:
- Shipping cost: €6.95 

Deliveries in all other countries:
- Shipping cost: €19.50

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@tapestudios.com. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Do I have to create an account?

How do I change my account password?
