Shipping information

• Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days. Free shipping on every order.
• Europe: 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs €6.95.
• Rest of the world: 9 to 12 business days. Shipping costs €19.50.

We ship with PostNL or DHL. As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking code.

During sales and holidays, delivery can take a few days longer because of the high number of orders.

All prices include VAT. Outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and handling fees may apply. These are paid by you on delivery.

We don’t ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Shipping to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine is temporarily unavailable.

Received a wrong or damaged item? Email returns@tapestudios.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send you the right item or refund you, at our cost. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the item.

Our product photos show the real items, but colours on your screen can differ slightly.

Not the right fit? You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Read the returns policy or start your return.
