Delivery Estimates by Country: The estimated delivery time varies by country. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

All shipping prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be affected during holidays and sale periods.

Deliveries within The Netherlands:
- Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days
- Free shipping for all orders 

Deliveries within Europe:
- Estimated delivery: 7 to 10 working days
- Shipping cost: €6.95 
- Please expect longer delivery times during sales periods due to a high volume of orders. - Shipping to Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine is temporarily unavailable.

Deliveries in all other countries:
- Estimated delivery: 9 to 12 working days
- Shipping cost: €19.50
- Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service (PostNL or DHL). 

Please expect longer delivery times during sales periods due to a high volume of orders. Customs and Taxes: Please be aware that customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply.

Any applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery. We do not ship to APO, post office box, or FPO addresses.

Sale & Holiday Season: During sale periods, order confirmation will be sent after a shipping confirmation email is received due to high demand.

Longer delivery times may occur during holidays, and we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Product Appearance and Inspection: Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes.

Actual product colors and packaging may vary slightly. Upon receiving your order, inspect the products to ensure they meet your expectations. If not, contact us promptly at info@tapestudios.com with relevant details and photographic proof.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products: We take quality seriously and conduct thorough checks before shipping. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 30 days of receipt for a free exchange or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the product. Events outside our control. We strive to fulfill our obligations promptly.

However, events beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. We will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by such events.
