- Pack your items — unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
- We email your return label within 1 business day. Print it and stick it on the parcel.
- Drop off the parcel within 14 days. The label cost depends on how many items you send back — you'll see the exact amount in the email with your label — and is deducted from your refund. Exchanges: you pay the label and the shipping of your new size via a payment link; we ship it once your return and payment are in.
