Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and offer a refund or store credit for your convenience. If you've made an online purchase, you're welcome to return it. You have a 14-day window to return orders and receive a refund.

To initiate the return process, please contact us via email with your order number, reason for return and follow the provided instructions.

Please note that TAPE Studios does not cover the costs associated with returns. We will deduct the shipping cost for the return shipment from your refund. Here are some important guidelines for returning products:

- All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The products should be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Ensure that all original TAPE Studios tags are still attached to the products.
- Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, facemasks, pierced jewelry, and earbuds unless they are faulty. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item(s) for a refund. 

However, we only accept products that are undamaged, unaltered, clean, unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when sold. Please ensure labels or tags remain intact and attached to the product(s), and they should be returned in their original packaging.

Exchange and Refund Procedure: We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds for defective products.

To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the fully completed return form. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges and refunds are only applicable to items returned within 14 days after delivery. Items showing signs of damage not due to a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. Additionally, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, facemasks, earbuds, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and approve your return, please allow approximately 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please check your payment method's account balance. Refunds may take some time to process. If the issue persists even after contacting your payment carriers and banks, please reach out to us at info@tapestudios.com.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. However, gift cards and e-gift cards will be refunded with a credit onto a new gift card. Please note that shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable. Handling Faulty Items: We will accept returns for faulty products covered by our warranty policy, based on the product category and reason for failure.

If the product doesn't meet its expected lifespan and is within the warranty policy, we will process a return. However, products damaged due to misuse or use not intended by the manufacturer will not be accepted.

TAPE Studios reserves the right to judge the intended use of the product reasonably. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item in your delivery, we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Received a faulty item after the return period? If the faulty item is past the return period, please contact us via email.

Return costs for faulty items will be covered by TAPE Studios. We will refund the damaged goods, and you can proceed to place a new order, or we can offer an exchange for the faulty item(s).

Damaged Items During Shipment: Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect the item(s) for any damage caused during shipping. If you find any damage, please report it to us within 14 days of delivery.
