Returns policy

1. Fill in the returns form: your order number, email, name and the items you send back.
2. Pack your items: unworn, unwashed and with all original TAPE STUDIOS tags attached.
3. Ship it within 14 days after your withdrawal with the return label we email you.

Prefer to ship it yourself? Download the withdrawal form, fill it in and put it in your parcel. You then arrange and pay the shipping yourself, without a label from us.

Return shipping is at your own cost. Use our return label: its cost depends on how many items you send back and is deducted from your refund. Or ship it yourself with PostNL and always with track & trace (other carriers can’t deliver to our PO box):

We refund within 14 days after we receive your return, to your original payment method. Do you return your full order? Then we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid. Gift cards are refunded as a new gift card.

Want another size? Choose “Exchange size” in the returns form. We check stock and confirm within 1 business day. The return label and the shipping of your new size are at your own cost.

Try your items on like you would in a store. Items must come back unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. If an item shows signs of wear, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

For hygiene reasons we can’t take back underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, face masks, pierced jewellery and earbuds once the seal or packaging is opened, unless they are faulty.

Received a faulty or damaged item? Email returns@tapestudios.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We cover the return costs and refund or replace it.
